Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. This full‑time 40‑hour/week position requires 2‑3 Saturdays per month and a flexible rotating weekly schedule that may change at any time based on business needs.

About the Role

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will be responsible for providing products and services to enhance Customer relationships. The incumbent will get to know their customers, understand and educate them regarding their financial needs, and recommend the appropriate products and services through in‑person interactions and outbound calling efforts. They will open new accounts, submit loan applications, and comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Personal Bankers will resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests for customers as needed, while also promoting the Bank’s digital banking services. They will assist Customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner. The role includes continuous learning and opportunities for advancement.

Our Personal Bankers are provided with classroom and hands‑on training at various banking offices. Each associate is positioned for success during a 4–6‑month training period that covers transaction processing, account opening, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• One year of previous banking experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Prior consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Strong preference for previous experience in a retail sales environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $37,440 – $52,800 (Individual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and other specific business needs). WSFS may offer discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards.
