Job summary

WSFS Bank is hiring a Floating Personal Banker for multiple New Jersey locations, including Burlington, Lumberton, Moorestown, Delran, and Mount Laurel. The role covers opening accounts, processing loans, teller support, and promoting digital banking solutions during a structured 4–6 month training program.

You must have at least 1 year of face-to-face customer service and cash handling experience, with a strong focus on relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of face-to-face customer service experience
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Previous sales experience required
• Proven ability to market Bank products and services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
• Ability to learn multiple banking and software programs
• Experience in a retail sales environment preferred
• One year of banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications
• Assist customers with teller transactions and service requests
• Educate customers about WSFS digital banking services
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely service
• Build relationships to expand branch customer base
• Meet performance and sales targets during training and beyond
