Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Float Team in Daytona Beach. This salaried role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with mentors and opportunities for growth, including a Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 and a $300 pay-period float stipend.

The outpatient float team covers Volusia County and surrounding areas in Flagler County. Responsibilities include evaluating new patients, creating individualized plans, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
