Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per‑Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Fairfield, CT. The role emphasizes comprehensive, compassionate therapy services and teamwork with rehab staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
