Formación

• Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution required.
• Master of Occupational Therapy preferred or educational requirements commensurate with graduation date.

Responsabilidades

• Age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise and mobility training.
• Set goals and monitor progress with families and care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers; support discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with coding and productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment.
• Participate in continuing education and process improvement initiatives.
