$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! A full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is available across multiple Senior Living Communities in the Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Camden, Union, and Rockland.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a Senior Living Community
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive, team‑working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in the state of employment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Good Faith Rate Range: $25/hr – $30/hr

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

A full‑time Rehab Director / SLP position is available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed

Qualifications

• Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
