Full‑Time Float Occupational Therapist (OT)

$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus!

A full‑time float OT position is available in multiple senior living communities – assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. Successful candidates will float to facilities located in Ellsworth, Orland, and Bucksport.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities and homes
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Possess a current OT license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state of employment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr – $40/hr

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP)

Full‑time Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license‑eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Ideal candidate has experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
