Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Float Position
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We are offering a full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position available in multiple senior living communities in the assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Blue Hill, Deer Isle, and Stonington.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinic settings.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
- Possess a current PTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and have experience with electronic documentation.
- Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Be flexible with hours.
Qualifications:
- Current PTA license or eligibility in the state employed.

Good Faith Rate Range: $22/hr - $32/hr
Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP)
We are looking for an experienced Rehab Director (Speech Language Pathologist) to lead our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data.
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision.
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor.
- Provide speech therapy services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
- Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Experience managing an SNF rehabilitation department.
