Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate therapy across multiple senior living communities in Augusta, Waterville, and Hallowell, Maine.

The role requires an OTA license or eligibility, strong collaboration with care teams, and solid computer skills for documentation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, with generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA or eligible to practice in Maine.
• Ability to provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute settings.
• Strong collaboration with rehab and nursing staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and scheduling.
• Float to Augusta, Waterville, and Hallowell facilities as needed.
