Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time floating Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to support senior living communities in Augusta, Waterville and Hallowell, ME. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package.

You will provide compassionate therapy, collaborate with rehab staff, and adapt to multiple facilities, ensuring residents reach their highest level of independence while maintaining documentation accuracy and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Senior Living Communities and homes.
• Possess a current COTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
