Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time float Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve senior living communities in Augusta, Waterville and Hallowell, ME. The role spans assisted living, independent living and memory care settings, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay.

The successful candidate will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, hold or qualify for a Maine OT license, and maintain accurate electronic documentation using Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or license eligibility to practice in Maine.
• Strong collaboration with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Detail-oriented with timely electronic documentation.
• Proven ability to work in a team setting.
• Flexible hours to cover multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Senior Living Communities and homes.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current OT license or be license eligible to practice in Maine.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.
