Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to travel across Southern CT, providing OT services in sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities. Travel time and mileage are paid when moving between facilities on the same day.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license or license eligibility in CT.
• Ability to work across sub-acute facilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience documenting electronically and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide OT services.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for residents.
