This position requires a Bachelor’s in laboratory or biological sciences, national MLS/MT certification or registry eligibility (with exam within 12 months), and ND licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory or biological sciences required.
• National certification for Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or MT, or registry eligible.
• Registry eligible candidates must complete Board of Registry exam within 12 months.
• If working in North Dakota, licensed on the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing.
• Collect laboratory specimens as needed and process lab specimens.
• Perform clinical laboratory testing using manual and automated methods per SOPs.
• Demonstrate equipment proficiency and independent judgment in problem-solving.
• Assist in training new staff and travel to other locations if required.
