Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides services to Members, including cashier’s checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Identifies Members’ needs, cross-sells and refers Members to appropriate business partners.
• Maintains responsibility for cash controls and balances the drawer daily.
• Promotes online, mobile, and digital solutions to Members.
• Identifies and reports fraudulent activity to prevent potential loss.
