Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union seeks an MRS II who delivers exceptional member service across branches in New Jersey. You will process transactions, open accounts, and assist with loans, while promoting FHCU products and ensuring member satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, sales skill, and the ability to travel to branches as needed. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred, and FCCU values teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year of cash handling experience
• At least 6 months experience as teller/MRS I or related position in a financial institution (preferred)
• Prior sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Adheres to FHCU Service Standards.
• Conducts transactions including deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and account openings.
• Engages members to identify financial needs and recommends products or services.
• Meets sales goals using various techniques.
• Responds to member inquiries about account operations and services.
• Presents loan products and processes loan applications and disbursements.
• Travel to other branches as required to serve members.
