Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking aMaintenance Technician to maintain The Merian property and ensure resident comfort and safety. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks, with a focus on responsive, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in multi-unit or commercial properties, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications. The role may require weekend work and a driver’s license; on-site rental discount offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and basic parts replacement.
• Handle plumbing tasks: repairs, replacements, installations.
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks as needed.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, outlets.
• General maintenance and preventive upkeep of equipment and common areas.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.
