LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Dallas-area apartment community. You will work in a collaborative team to maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general electrical tasks, ensuring resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of commercial or multi-unit residential property experience, are self-motivated, and communicate clearly in English. Weekend work may be required, and on-site housing discounts are available.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Repair and install carpentry items (doors, shelves, countertops, locks).
• Paint and repair drywall/plaster, perform electrical tasks as needed.

If so, this job could be for you!The Maintenance Technician skilled requirements within the apartment community:HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, paintingElectrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.Machinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.Other duties as assignedMost importantly is the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceRequirements:The Maintenance Technician required and preferred qualifications within the apartment community:1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.Preferred certifications for this position include HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing.This position may require a valid driver’s license depending on the needs of the property.Required skills: self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.May be required to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.Computer and smart phone literacy required. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.
