Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site property team in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks to keep our apartment communities in top condition, while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of property-management maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3-4 years can offset minimum education.
• Self-motivated, team-player with strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Must communicate clearly in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacements as needed.
• Plumbing repairs, part replacements, and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks; painting and drywall repairs.
• Electrical tasks: lighting, wiring, switches; machinery maintenance.
• Support other duties as assigned and provide exceptional customer service.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.
