Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Floating Maintenance Tech for our 200-unit community in Lexington, SC. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and keep residents’ homes in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Active, valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff.
