Floating Maintenance Supervisor - Williamsburg

Join us as a Floating Maintenance Supervisor - Williamsburg at Greystar.

This role is based at various properties throughout Southern Virginia, including Richmond, Charlottesville, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and the Hampton Roads area, requiring flexibility to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing issues and making repairs following safety standards and codes.
• Oversee and execute the "make-ready" process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain standards for community appearance, including grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, staying within budget.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support cost-effective practices.
• Lead safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain safety documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to residents and team inquiries.

Compensation & Benefits
