SARES REGIS Group is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor II for our Sunnyvale, CA community. The role oversees maintenance staff and external contractors to uphold building integrity, safety, and grounds maintenance across our portfolio.

You will supervise renovations, service requests, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has related property management maintenance experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Past supervisory experience is a must.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills are required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
• Prefer Yardi experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors in renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtains bids from outside contractors and submits them for action.
• Orders and receives supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates work by outside vendors and inspects completed work for conformance to specs and standards.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to determine needs, equipment, and hours required for completion.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
