Job summary

Sares Regis Group in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Floating Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support properties across Northern California, including West Sacramento, Sacramento, Roseville, Lincoln, and Napa. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel across the portfolio.

You will supervise staff and coordinate maintenance, painter, plumbing, HVAC, and trades, obtain bids, and ensure work quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Experience in all trades required.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff and outside contractors in apartment needs and maintenance work.
• Oversee painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general handyman tasks.
• Obtain bids from outside contractors.
• Order supplies and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate and inspect work by vendors for conformance to specs.
• Inspect facilities to determine service needs and required equipment.
• Assist with grounds detail, landscaping, and amenity prep.
• Adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Occasional after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned.
