About the Maintenance Service Group

Our Maintenance Service Group is a vital part of Epic Asset Management's success. They lead our facilities efforts, providing technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team. Members handle a variety of tasks from plumbing to painting, ensuring apartment satisfaction and property upkeep.

Responsibilities
  1. Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting needs at the community.
  2. Build rapport with residents by engaging positively and professionally during repairs.
  3. Manage service requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  4. Monitor apartment vacancies and coordinate the turnover process, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
  5. Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce repair costs.
  6. Conduct daily inspections of the property for cleanliness and safety, maintaining curb appeal.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • O7B Electrical Certification (bonus paid for this license).
  • Trade school, military training, or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II).
  • HVAC experience.
  • EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal).
  • At least three years of industry experience with two years managing people.

Compensation

$24.00 - $36.00 per hour
