Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities
  1. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
  2. Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
  3. Conduct regular safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
  4. Lead safety and departmental meetings and participate in community events and regional meetings.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  6. Maintain departmental budget, ensuring projects and schedules stay within financial guidelines.
  7. Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
  8. Order maintenance supplies efficiently, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  9. Assign and complete service requests promptly, ensuring quality standards are met.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate completion of make-readies and other projects according to WBPC standards.
  11. Update and manage service requests using Yardi Mobile until closure.
  12. Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others, to assess and repair or replace items.
  13. Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and ensure staff training on safety procedures.
  14. Adhere to all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and legal requirements concerning health, safety, and environment.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
  2. Proven leadership and supervisory skills for large teams.
  3. Advanced understanding of trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
  4. Certifications in HVAC and EPA are preferred.
  5. Effective communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
  6. Proficiency in operating small tools, electrical, carpentry, and machinery repair.
  7. Basic computer skills (mobile device and PC).
  8. A valid license may be required.
  9. Availability for on-call, emergency, and off-hours work.
  10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Benefits
