PRAXM, a Midwest-based multifamily management company, is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist for a stabilized community in Overland Park, Kansas. You will drive leasing activity, tour prospects, and close leases, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

This onsite role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions and a performance-driven environment. Experience with RealPage is a plus, and weekend availability is often required.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to support leasing performance and resident experience at a stabilized multifamily community. Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity by engaging prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into residents
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems (RealPage)
• Support marketing efforts, including online reputation and lead generation
• Assist with resident communication and retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Job Requirements

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

• Onsite role with availability during standard office hours, including weekends
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hour
• Uncapped Commission Potential: Up to $1,100/month+
