Great opportunity for aProfessional and experienced Leasing Consultant to represent the Fogelman culture! Fogelman is hiring an experienced Property Support Specialist to float and assist with leasing and office duties at their communities. This position is based out of Atlanta and requires travel within the Atlanta metro market as well as to out-of-state markets.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding & experience in all aspects of leasing duties, has worked on Conventional Class A and B communities with proven sales performance, is out-going, professional and creative, loves marketing and helping residents at various properties, proficient with Yardi, Entrata, CRM and Yieldstar and is a team player. Must possess reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel out of state. Monthly mileage allowance provided for metro Atlanta travel.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maximizing the physical and financial occupancies of the Fogelman managed assets through filling in for vacant office positions, troubleshooting, market analysis, and one on one training as requested. Through example and education, this position provides assistance, motivation and results while assisting in the day-to-day duties at properties needing additional assistance.
