• Greet prospective residents and show apartments that meet their needs.
• Conduct property tours and explain features and community amenities.

• Process applications, verify credit and income, and handle lease agreements.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy targets.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote available apartments.
• Assist with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer support.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of leasing or real estate sales experience; multi-family leasing preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
