Rentyl Apartments & Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Sentosa Beachwalk and Momentum Blanding. You will convert leads, conduct tours, and drive leases while building brand loyalty and a superior resident experience.

You’ll also manage social media presence and coordinate weekend showings, contributing to occupancy and growth of the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Social media savvy is preferred for outreach.
• A passion for talking on the phone and texting is valuable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Professional appearance is important for representing the community.
• Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs is expected.
• Strong sales aptitude is needed.
• Customer-focused mentality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work weekends when prospects search for a new home—three to four weekends per month with two days off midweek.

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Contributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home - three to four weekends per month with two days off during the week
