General Services Corporation (GSC) is hiring for a full-time Leasing Associate to welcome prospective residents, show available apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process. You will support lease renewals, coordinate events with the Property Manager, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects alike.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• At least 1 year in sales or customer service.
• Prior leasing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and work collaboratively with a team.

Responsabilités

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
