Job summary

General Services Corporation is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents, show apartment homes, and guide applicants through the rental process while coordinating with the Property Manager on community events and resident appreciation activities.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
