Taher, Inc. in Iowa seeks a Lead Foodservice Worker to join our family-owned team in a school kitchen. You will help prepare, serve and clean up, while mentoring staff and ensuring food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to follow spoken and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to the team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety and sanitation, and customer service.
