What You'll Do

• Maintain an organized, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment, including daily activity setup and support of learning centers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with RC3, including curriculum preparation, child assessments, and documentation.
• Support children's growth across developmental domains, ensuring progress of at least 15% on the E-LAP.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through ongoing communication, participation in conferences, and conducting home visits per Performance Standards.
• Collaborate with classroom teams and assume responsibility for daily programming in the Lead Teacher's absence.

What You Bring

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate's Degree in child development or a related field.
• One year of experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and a strong desire to work with preschool-aged children.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and volunteers.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
