Summary: Oversees the Food Service operation of the store, including the Food Court area, to ensure all financial and quality standards are met, promoting sales and customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with sanitation procedures and supervises Food Service personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing, training, customer service, merchandising, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for financial monitoring and achieving departmental results.
Minimum Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, managing others, good communication, basic computer skills, and performance reviews.
Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of related experience.
Physical requirements involve exposure to hot and cold environments, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
