Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead the Orlando-area kitchen operations within the Florida region. Bring your passion, develop culinary teams, and deliver outstanding meals across accounts.

You will plan menus, coach staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with clients to elevate the dining experience. Requires five+ years in culinary leadership; ServSafe preferred; relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills and the ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, including batch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation.
• Creativity and an understanding of current food and catering trends.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer-based operational tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

The Orlando area is the ideal home base. This position will support accounts throughout the Florida region and requires flexibility to travel where business needs take you.
