Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead the Orlando-area kitchen operations within the Florida region, delivering outstanding food and building strong culinary teams. The candidate should have five+ years in culinary/kitchen management, strong hands-on cooking skills, and experience in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills; lead, teach and motivate a team.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, batch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation.
• Creativity and understanding of current food and catering trends.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer-based operational tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

The Orlando area is the ideal home base. This position will support accounts throughout the Florida region and requires flexibility to travel where business needs take you.
