Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead kitchens across the Florida region. Bring passion, ownership, and the ability to raise standards to deliver outstanding cuisine and develop culinary teams.

This role focuses on managing high-volume operations, driving cost controls, menus, training, and compliance with safety standards while traveling as needed to support accounts. Orlando area base preferred, with opportunities to expand your leadership within a nationwide

Qualificações

• Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills and the ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, including batch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation.
• Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.

This is an opportunity for an energetic culinary leader who enjoys taking ownership, raising standards, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

The Orlando area is the ideal home base. This position will support accounts throughout the Florida region and requires flexibility to travel where business needs take you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in high‑volume, complex foodservice operations, including batch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation.
• Creativity and an understanding of current food and catering trends.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer‑based operational tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.
