Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead kitchens across the Florida region, with Orlando as home base. You will deliver outstanding food, build strong culinary teams, and own menu execution while driving quality and cost controls.

This role requires five+ years of progressive kitchen management in high-volume settings, coachable teams, strong sanitation knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed; relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Strong culinary leadership, coaching, and teaching abilities.

• ServSafe certification preferred.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

The Orlando area is the ideal home base. This position will support accounts throughout the Florida region and requires flexibility to travel where business needs take you.

• Manage inventory, purchasing, production, and waste to control costs and keep kitchens running efficiently.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance with company standards and health regulations.
• Partner with account leaders and clients to improve the dining experience and bring culinary programs to life.

What you bring

• Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills and the ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, including batch cooking.
• Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation.
• Creativity and an understanding of current food and catering trends.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer-based operational tools.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.
