Cape Ann YMCA in Gloucester, MA is seeking part-time Floating Teachers to support our Early Learning Center. Schedules available: Monday to Friday, 8:30-12:30 and 12:30-4:30, providing a nurturing, hands-on learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and center leadership with daily classroom activities and routines.
• Support curriculum implementation and age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Help foster social, emotional, physical, creative, and cognitive development.
• Provide positive guidance and encouragement to children throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
• Assist with attendance tracking, meal counts, and documentation.
