Floating Director of Nursing (DON)

We are growing again! We are looking for a traveling DON to assist our PA facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to meet all our teams at various facilities.

The Floating DON is responsible for activities and functions related to the administration of patient care systems, nursing areas, and departments on an interim basis. This position will provide DON functions intermittently in assigned programs and will travel extensively to work in different locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of DON experience in an SNF environment.
• Current valid licensure as an RN in the state of residency, and/or eligibility for licensure in the state of operation.
• Utilizes management practices that include staff empowerment, clear expectations, regular feedback, and continuous quality improvement.
