Floating Director of Nursing (DON)

We are growing again and seeking a traveling DON to assist our PA facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to meet all our teams at various locations.

The Floating DON is responsible for:

  1. Activities and functions related to the administration of patient care systems, nursing areas, and departments on an interim basis.
  2. Providing DON functions intermittently in assigned programs.
  3. Traveling extensively to work in different locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of DON experience in an SNF environment.
  • Current valid RN licensure in the state of residency, or eligibility for licensure in the state of operation.
  • Utilizes management practices including staff empowerment, clear expectations, frequent feedback, and other practices aligned with Continuous Quality Improvement.
