Main Street Bank is seeking a full-time Floating Customer Service Representative to serve the greater Wheeling market, including Wheeling, St. Clairsville, Elm Grove, Moundsville, Wellsburg, and Toronto, OH.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional retail banking service and handling teller transactions across branches. Ideal candidates will have prior retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative, must pass background and credit checks, and be available for Saturday

Qualifications

• Prior Retail Banking Experience as a teller or customer service representative is REQUIRED.
• Bonus if vault teller, account openings/closings, IRA, HSAs.
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND and CREDIT CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and deposits across branches.
• Deliver friendly service and help with product inquiries.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance procedures.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• PRIOR Retail Banking Experienceas a telleror customer service representative is REQUIRED.
  • Bonusif you have been a vault teller, have experience opening and closing accounts, IRA experience, and understand HSAs!
  • Super Bonusif you have experience with consumer lending or have been a Universal Banker!
• A Great Customer Service Philosophy!Wewill want to hear about it!

• Strong Attention to DetailandAccuracy.
