Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Support Specialist to assist in the financial operations of onsite communities in Memphis, TN. You will handle accounting tasks, vendor communications, and resident interactions to support accurate billing and revenue preservation.

As a member of Greystar's centralized Resource Center, you will coordinate with onsite teams, manage payments, and assist with administrative tasks across portfolios, ensuring timely responses and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year accounting or property management experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for legal and financial records.
• Experience reading legal documents and managing lease enforcement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process onsite operational expenses and code to Chart of Accounts.
• Communicate with residents about balances and delinquency collections.
• Coordinate vendor setup, invoicing disputes, and payments.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and resident lifecycle admin.
• Support financial close-out and reporting for assigned communities.
