Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (as required by state).
• Current state license as an OTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
