Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Join a growing team with 30+ years of care excellence and strong professional development support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and up-to-date physician orders.
