Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The position emphasizes collaboration with OTs, delivering high-quality therapy, and supporting patient goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an AOTA‑accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT‑COTA certification, if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Help implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
