Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant, café, hotel dining, or retail foodservice operations.
• Hospitality mindset; ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Experience with cash operations, labor planning, budgets, and food cost controls.
• Eye for food quality, presentation, and retail marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in foodservice management or related field, or an associate degree with three years of related experience.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience are a plus.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY:

Must be based in the Orlando area and available to travel to support accounts throughout the Florida region as needed.
