Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager based in Orlando to lead café and retail dining operations inside hospital settings. You will hire, train, and coach a team, ensure guest‑focused service, and maintain quality food presentation while controlling costs.

• Experience with cash operations, labor planning, budgets, and food cost controls.
• Eye for food quality, presentation, and retail marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY:

Must be based in the Orlando area and available to travel to support accounts throughout the Florida region as needed.

• A hospitality mindset and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Experience with cash operations, labor planning, budgets, and food cost controls.
• An eye for food quality, presentation, and retail marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in foodservice management or a related field, or an associate degree with three years of related experience, preferred.
• P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience are a plus.
