The Malvern School of Montgomerville is seeking a Float Assistant Teacher to join our Montgomerville classroom in a full-time Monday - Friday role. You will support a high-quality Early Childhood Education program and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be at least 18, and bring documented experience with young children in licensed settings (or a CDA with related college credits).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.
• Or 15 college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours of experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
• At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
