Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking a Float Assistant Teacher for the Montgomerville classroom. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development.

You will assist in delivering a high-quality Early Childhood Education program, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with parents using in-person meetings and digital updates. A relevant credential and experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and age 18+.
• Minimum 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours documented experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.

• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
• At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
