The Malvern School in Washington Township is seeking a Floating Assistant Teacher for the full-time classroom, Monday through Friday. You will support the early childhood program, help maintain a nurturing environment, and partner with families to promote learning.

The role emphasizes hands-on lesson delivery, safety, and ongoing professional development with CPR/First Aid training provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and more.

Competenze

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum experience: 2500 hours with young children in a licensed facility OR 1250 hours + 15 college credits/CDA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
• At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
